Awards and Partnerships: A Verto update

It’s been a fantastic year for awards at Verto. We were delighted to be shortlisted for not one, but two prestigious awards at the Insider Media South West Residential Property Awards, that took place in June.

Verto was also shortlisted for Boutique Development of the Year, for Lyonesse Lane, our development of eight luxury Energy Plus, Zero Carbon Smart Homes™ in Rock, Cornwall.

Further, we were shortlisted for Housebuilder of the Year!

Congratulations to Vistry Partnerships, Barratt Developments plc Stonewood Partnerships Ltd for their nominations alongside us.

We are also delighted to announce that our website has been crowned ‘Best Developer Website’ in Europe, following its earlier award in the UK tier of the competition, at the International Property Awards, sponsored by Rolls-Royce.

At the start of the pandemic, we took the opportunity to refresh our brand, reinforce our ethos, and update our website and marketing tools. Thank you to our partners Six and pixable who worked tirelessly, day and night during the first period of lockdown, to create our award-winning site and bring our vision to life.

To ensure our website continues to ring true to our ever-evolving journey to fight for zero on the home front, we’ve recently made some further updates.

With partnerships playing a pivotal role in our efforts, we now have a dedicated section informing and inviting partners to join us. We believe in change. And we think the best way to make it happen is to pool our resources – to show the world how far we can go when we go together. We can change more if we change together.
