The road to zero
Our journey to the perfect home
Since 2010, we have been dedicated to building the world's most sustainable homes — places where you can live free from carbon emissions and free from energy bills.
To achieve this, we have reinvented homes from the ground up. By integrating advanced energy generation, using sustainable materials, improving insulation, and minimising waste, we have created homes that are as eco-friendly as they are efficient.
The result? Our homes cost nothing to run, generate more energy than they use, and are sold at prices comparable to standard new builds. Best of all, we are just getting started.

In partnership with Octopus Energy, our new homes come with a Zero Bills tariff. You pay no energy bill, guaranteed — a saving of £3,458 a year compared to a typical dual-fuel home.
Zero Bills includes a generous Fair Use Allowance, around twice your home's expected yearly usage. EV charging is billed separately. Fair usage limits, terms and exclusions apply.
