As part of our commitment to fight for zero on the home front, we are bringing zero carbon student living to market — starting with Halo Village at Penvose, near Penryn. Granted planning permission by Cornwall Council in 2024, the village will house over 1,800 students from Falmouth and Exeter universities’ Penryn campus, built to the very highest environmental standards: operationally zero carbon, with embodied carbon reduced wherever possible and the remainder offset through local environmental and rewilding projects — including thousands of newly planted trees.
