We're hiring a

Development Manager

Location: South West England (Hybrid with travel to sites as required)

Reporting to: Co-Founders

Salary: Highly competitive + up to 20% bonus

What you’ll do:

Source, assess, and secure new land opportunities

Lead feasibility, viability and planning of new developments

Appoint and manage specialist consultant teams

Oversee planning submissions and S106 negotiations

Support affordable housing deals and funding processes

Work with stakeholders from agents to local authorities to Registered Providers

You’ll bring:

A strong grasp of the development lifecycle

Knowledge of planning, land valuation, and legal agreements

Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and consultants

Excellent interpersonal skills and commercial acumen

A degree or relevant experience in property, planning or construction
