Verto Homes Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales, with our registered office at Ground Floor, Building A, Green Court, Truro Business Park, Threemilestone, Truro, Cornwall TR4 9LF.

Our legal basis for using it
Answering an enquiry: legitimate interests. You asked us a question and we have an interest in answering it.
Marketing emails and development updates: your consent. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing us.
Reservations, sales and aftercare: performance of a contract with you, and legal obligation for anti-money-laundering and building-safety records.
We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce them we will ask for your consent first and update this policy and our cookie policy before doing so.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we never will. We share it only with organisations that help us run the business, and only as much as they need — our customer relationship management system, the company that hosts this website, Octopus Energy if you buy a Zero Bills home, and our solicitors, surveyors and mortgage partners where a purchase requires it.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to have it transferred to someone else. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, email hello@vertohomes.com. We will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when what we do with data changes. This version was published on 5 September 2026. If we make a material change we will say so on this page.
