What our information does and does not commit us to
Everything on this website is published for general information. It is not an offer, a contract, or a warranty. In particular:
- Computer-generated images, photographs and site plans are indicative. They may show finishes, landscaping, fixtures or furniture that are not included in the sale.
- Floor areas, room dimensions and plot boundaries are approximate and may change during construction. Always check the measurements in your reservation documents.

Nothing on this website forms part of any contract. The reservation form, contract of sale and accompanying plans are the only documents that do.
Energy and running-cost claims
Where we describe a home as zero carbon or zero bills, that description relates to a defined specification and a set of assumptions about how the home is used. Actual energy performance and running costs depend on occupancy, behaviour, weather and tariff. We will give you the full assumptions for any specific home on request before you reserve.
Using this website
You may view, download and print pages from this website for your own use in connection with buying, renting or researching a Verto home. You may not:
- Republish, sell or commercially exploit any part of this website without our written permission
